Jirschele Insurance is an independent insurance agency with offices at 901 South Main Street, Oshkosh, WI 54902 and 1612 Washington Street, Two Rivers, WI 54241.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of insurance you are interested in, and any message you write. We also keep the information you give us when you call, email or meet with an agent.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the website running and secure. If we use the advertising or analytics tools described in Section 6, they also collect information about the pages you visit and the device you use.

Please do not send your Social Security number, Medicare number, health information or payment details through a website form. An agent will collect anything like that safely when you speak with them.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To answer your request and have a licensed agent contact you.
• To help you compare, apply for and enroll in insurance coverage, and to service your policies.
• To contact you by phone, text or email as you agreed when you submitted a form.
• To run, protect and improve this website and to measure how well our advertising works.
• To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.

4. Calls, Texts and Emails

When you submit a form, you agree that a licensed agent from Jirschele Insurance may contact you as described in the consent shown with that form. Giving that consent is not a condition of buying any plan or product. You can change your preferences or stop these contacts at any time by telling your agent, calling 920-966-9500, emailing info@jirscheleins.com, or replying STOP to a text message.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the information you submit on this website with other companies for their own marketing. We share information only:

• With insurance companies, when you ask us to get a quote or to enroll you in a plan.
• With service providers that help us run this website and receive form submissions (for example, our website host and our form delivery service). They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• With advertising and analytics providers, as described in Section 6. We do not send them the contents of the forms you fill out.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our agency or others.

We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with other companies for their marketing.

We may use tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel or Google Analytics, that use cookies or similar technology to tell us that a page was viewed or a form was submitted, so we can measure and improve our advertising. Our videos are shown with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not store information about you until you play a video. When you play a video, or follow a link to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or Google Maps, that company’s own privacy policy applies.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
